Welcoming Diane Lee as a new Guest Coach!
Diane Lee has joined Ashbourne as a regular guest coach which means she coaches
the junior and senior squads  roughly once a month. She brings a great variety of experience and knowledge with her and will provide valuable opportunities for the swimmers to benefit from her personal coaching techniques.

BA Honours First Class Degree in Sports Psychology and Sports Studies
ASA Swim Club Coach
British Triathlon Coach
ASA Open Water Swim Coach
                                               Disabilities Coach and Sports Massage

This is a fantastic opportunity for the swimmers as she is not only a swimming Coach, but also a Personal Trainer and herself a Professional Triathlete.
She gained a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Studies and Psychology in 2004 and since then has been coaching and working with a range of athletes from beginners to elite. Diane took up Triathlon seriously and started doing age group events, she has completed several Full Ironman and 70.3 events, and twice been European Age Group champion.
