“Dryside” Fitness Training

Our JUNIOR CIRCUITS has been devised specially for the swimming club and is run by Ashbourne Leisure Centre as a fun introduction to personal fitness. The sessions are designed foremost to be fun and social whilst encouraging swimmers to be committed to their own fitness. The exercises compliment swimmers work in the pool and improve general fitness and core strength which really helps improve their swimming. The sessions are a mix of all fitness and core strengthening exercises such as traditional circuits, swiss ball, pilates, x bikes. All ages and abilities are welcome.  No commitment required for every week. 

Junior circuits is open to all swimmers aged 8+ 
Thursdays  4.30- 5.30pm (during term time)
in the minor hall, Ashbourne Leisure Centre. .

The cost is £3.25 per session, payable to the leisure centre. Please wear clean sports kit and bring water. The sessions are run by gym instructor Chris and no booking is required. All swimmers, no matter which squad they are in, are encouraged to attend.
